Seriously wrong- the staff responsible for the baggage have some deep issues. We have 5 bags to ship very expensive and they never answer the phones, always busy, never email back… also when we checked out we called them 3 times to explain that the taxi is down and we are in a hurry, it took them 40 min to get the luggages down from the room.

오전에 도착하여 짐을 맡기고 체크인 서류작성을 하고 체크인 시간에 객실키만 받고 가는 것으로 했는데 막상 외출했다 체크인 시간에 오니 직원들끼리 의사소통이 안됐는지 확인이 잘 안되어 대기 시간이 있었고 체크인 시 조식을 위한 식당의 위치 등 설명이 부족했고 몇년 안되어 그런지 직원들은 친절하나 응대가 숙달되어보이지 않았습니다. 하지만 최상의 위치와 신축이라 환경은 쾌적
