Was very good a bit overpriced though compare to other hotels in Japan. If you want to book go directly through them so you can have choices for the meals they offer.

We had a poor experience with their free shuttle as we waited 45 minutes at the station prior to pick up, but the shuttle never came. Suite with bunk beds was great, although room wasn’t super clean. Bathroom sink had layer of grime and visible debris on carpets, couch had a rip in fabric (was difficult to report this to hotel).
