Unit Layout
The 3-room house is 72 m2 and features two levels. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable and cozy living room with a sofabed, a kitchenette equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a dining table. There is also a separate WC on this level. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with a double bed and a set of bunk beds for two people. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the upper floor.

The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. These include floor heating, a terrace with outdoor furniture, partial views of the lake, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Up to one pet or dog is permitted, and additional dogs can be accommodated upon request (subject to an extra fee).
