"The restaurant staff was terrible. Forgot to bring a salad I ordered, had to ask for service settings to eat, non attentive staff during our meal. The breakfast buffet was much much better. Beautiful room with a great view. Very cool to stay in a castle with a moat."

"Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."

"The place was really a pleasant surprise. However I didn't like that the door to the room was downstairs. Safety issue the doors should have more security on them. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever. It was also difficult to get a Uber to the airport. I didn't interact with staff in person. However I was so happy they sent me a message on how to check in. That check-in process was really easy and cool."
