"The staff provided great customer service throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a very large and impressive selection. The bathrooms are somewhat dated, and unfortunately, my toilet had not been cleaned properly when I arrived. Housekeeping could definitely improve in terms of overall cleanliness and attention to detail. This is a very large resort, so the location of your room can make a difference. My room was closer to the pool, and it took approximately 10 minutes to get to reception. During peak times, the lift can also become quite crowded. It is also very slow. Because my room was near the pool area and restaurant corridor, I could hear music throughout the day and into the evening. It wasn't overly bothersome, but at one point I did express my concern to the hotel staff, and they were responsive and turned the music down. Interestingly, I rarely saw anyone using that particular area, so I felt the music could have been kept at a lower volume to begin with. If large resorts are your thing, you'll probably enjoy the varieties they have to offer."

"The staff at the 24 hour desk was so helpful and cheerful. Our room was clean, quiet and everything was in good working order. The coffee in the lobby was also an added plus to our visit."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn't be better and the pool area is great. The room we had was small, but comfortable. A free, simple breakfast in the mornings was appreciated. Staff were incredibly helpful, but more often than not, there was no one manning the bar. Would highly recommend."
