As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by the spacious open floor plan with a refreshment center/wet bar, kitchen, dining room and living room, with comfortable seating areas for everyone. Enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows on the large flat-screen TV with built-in surround sound or simply soak in the views of the lush greenery and calm ocean right outside your door.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals and features modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. You will enjoy conveniences such as filtered drinking water, coffee maker, mixer, blender, bread maker, toaster, and Belgian waffle maker. There are pots, pans, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a dining table seating for all your guests, a kitchen bar top with six bar stools, and a wet bar with a wine cooler.

Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and features comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. The Master suite provides a dedicated work space and the perfect massage chair and shower for unwinding. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the middle bathroom also conveniently opens to the living room. The en-suite bathrooms are modern and equipped with towels, toiletries, and hairdryers.

Step outside the living room onto the covered patio with dining table and barbecue grill and take in the stunning views of the beautiful Bahamian ocean. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening as you soak in the warm tropical breeze on the open patios off the master bedroom or the first bedroom.

1. SLEEPING CAPACITY
The condo is designed for a maximum of 6 adults. Only registered guests are allowed overnight and should NEVER exceed this.
2. no glass on the patios
No glass bottles, glasses, dishes, etc. of any kind are to be brought to the patio area. Plastic dinnerware and stemware are provided to be used on the patios.
3. property & furniture
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances and furniture for their intended uses

5. no smoking, no illegal substances
No smoking in the condo. Marajuana is illegal in the Bahamas
6. NO PETS ALLOWED
7. DAMAGES
As our guest, you are responsible for reporting any breakage, spills, malfunction, etc.. Please contact us immediately regarding the issue.
8. DO NOT FLUSH
anything other than toilet paper in toilets.
9. CHILDREN & INFANTS
Children are always welcomed but please note that child-friendly DOES NOT mean the condo is child proof. It is the responsibility of the parent to monitor ALL children AT ALL TIMES.
10. OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
Any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

POOL RULES
• CHILDREN
Children (persons 15 and under) are not permitted at or in the pool or pool patio area without an adult supervision.
• NO GLASS
·No glass bottles, glasses, dishes, etc. of any kind are to be brought to the pool area. Plastic cups are provided in the kitchen cabinets to be used at the pool and on the patios.
• BEHAVIOR
No loud or unruly behavior or excessive splashing of water is permitted that is disturbing to other guests.
