Check in was fine. Room was good... it was comfortable and appeared clean. Parking and quiet sleep were good. Breakfast was terrible... limited choice of unhealthy food - white bread, muffins, bagels, and sugary cereals. Bagels were old, hard and dry. The toaster was not working properly. It was hard to keep it down and half of the toaster was not toasting. Yogurt was past the expiration date by a month, and was artificially sweetened. There was only one banana. Appeared the orange juice dispenser was not cooling since the OJ was warm. Coffee did not seem fresh. There was no one at the desk, or around, to bring these issues to their attention.

Hotel is being renovated. It was dark, empty, exterior windows were not locked. Previous stays at this location were wonderful. Very courteous, lobby beautifully decorated. A warm friendly environment. Not at all what we found with this stay. Assume the hotel has been sold. Will not stay again. Room was okay.

The hotel is under construction. There was no one at the front desk when issues came up. There is on single sink with no room to put a travel bag. There is no towel rack close to the shower … you have to walk across the bathroom to get your towel.

Clean and safe room. Shower was good; hot water and good water pressure. TV in the room did not work. No lights outside the hotel, hard to find at night. At continental breakfast, toaster did not work.

Immaculate! I did not find any “human remains” in the bathroom tub, floor, sink, or bedroom. Beds were comfortable as well as pillows. The hotel is dated and under renovations but I found our rooms bathroom floor tiles, sink, and bathtub looked like they had been updated in the last few years and were fine, and I as I said they were “CLEAN”. We stayed in room 115.

Disappointed in staff at front desk. He handed us a key, but neglected to tell us how to get to our room. Didn’t tell us there was breakfast in the morning.
