"Do not hesitate booking this remote & peaceful gem- Cold solar powered A/C, complete with hilarious goats, Llamas and a black cat concierge/mayor"

"Everything was great. Had everything you would need for a longer stay. Kitchen was well equiped. The black goat was especially friendly. The Verbo messaging system was a little annoying, but that is not the property's fault. My email had a different door code than my message in the app, but it all worked out. The only thing I would add would be a shelf in the shower."

"We truly enjoyed our stay… the communication with the host was excellent.."

"Siamo stati molto bene in questo alloggio."

"What an absolute gem of a location! Our stay far exceeded our expectations! The Ranch is nestled beautifully with 360 degree views and plenty of peace and quiet. Everything was so tidy and every little decor detail was such a cute added touch. We added the pin location to our gps before losing service and found the location with zero problems. Our trip to Zion National Park was nothing short of amazing and being able to come “home” and shower and sleep in a cozy bed was the best! Highly...

"Easy to get in and out Out in the piece and quiet Great sunsets and fire pit"

"We always love our stay at the Wild West 40! This is definitely the tiniest of their tiny homes, but it was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking our meals. The critters outside are definitely friendly and we enjoyed feeding Stella and Sweetie and their calves carrots, along with Kincaid, Trigger, and the goats. The chickens kindly provided us with fresh eggs for breakfast!"

"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!"

"The cabin was fine, nothing special. If I have a complaint it's that the place is hard to find. There's also nobody around to talk to or check in with. If not for me trying the combination on one of the units, we would have gone to another hotel and complained that the listing didn't exist. This is on an active farm."

"This was the perfect stopover for my family of five! It was clean, comfortable, and SO well made and decorated. My kids absolutely loved the lofts! Highly recommend. "

"This property was a nice little getaway from the city, with more than I expected. A tiny home shaped like a barn was surprisingly modern inside. Huge smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allowed me to watch my favorite programming while nature was performing outside with a monsoon storm. The WiFi was a little inconsistent (due to the storm I believe), but the home was well stocked with everything you need but forget to pack. The petting zoo was another added bonus. The deck allowed me to go...

"Absolutely loved my stay here, was not ableTo see the property during the day but I can’t wait to come back with my family and enjoy it as much as we can. It’s a perfect spot to go to the Coral Pink Samd Dunes, Zion and The Grand Canyon. Checking in could not have been easier! Can’t wait to come back!"
