This bright, modern farmhouse offers generous common areas, comfortable beds, and everything you need for an easy stay. Guests have RAVED about our comfortable mattresses, welcoming accommodations, and finding everything they need and more.

All linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need the sofa sleeper so we can have it ready.

BATHROOMS

Two full bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, extra toilet paper, makeup-removal towels, slip-proof mats, cleaning supplies, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. The main dining table seats 6, with additional seating at the counter and pub table (total of 13 spots).

You’ll find cooking oil, salt, and pepper ready to go. Our coffee bar is stocked with quality Keurig pods, sugars, flavored syrups, and teas (we recommend bringing extra pods if your group is heavy coffee drinkers). A standard drip coffee maker is also available, just bring your own grounds.

When our hens are laying, you’ll enjoy farm-fresh eggs for breakfast.

LIVING ROOM

Comfortable seating, Smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps, books, games, and a Bluetooth speaker. The queen sofa sleeper is available when needed.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Private, fenced backyard with a large covered patio, dining table, propane BBQ grill (with tools), serving bar, and fire pit with extra seating. Perfect for evening gatherings after a day of wine tasting or exploring.

TRAVELING WITH PETS?

Well-behaved crate-trained pets are welcome with a pet reservation. The backyard is fully fenced and there’s plenty of room for crates. We ask that pets stay off furniture and beds, and that you clean up after your pets. Pets may not be left loose and unattended indoors.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES?

A Pack ’n Play and high chair are always available in the laundry room. Full-size washer and dryer are available throughout your stay, plus toys and games for all ages.

GUEST ACCESS

You’ll receive a personalized smart-lock code for simple, keyless entry. You’ll have the entire home, front yard, and fenced backyard to yourselves.

SECURITY

Four exterior cameras monitor the front door, side door/driveway area, and back patio door only. They do not view the interior of the home.
