We had a handicapped room and the shower was very easy to use. it had a shower chair that made bathing our daughter easier than any hotel weve stayed at. Very easy to get to. Small pool though. We didnt try it with our daughter because there were 2 boys there and it wojldve been tight with 5 people in it.

The room was great and Victoria was very welcoming and accommodating when we checked in. The only thing I’d suggest is much softer towels - the wash cloth was extra rough. Beyond that, it was an excellent stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from how clean the property was to how kind and helpful the staff were. The room layout was ideal and absolutely spotless, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. We also loved the thoughtful touch of having two wine glasses in the room. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Mountain View was perfect. The shade would not pull down or wasn’t supposed according to the woman at the desk. It was so light in our room so we couldn’t sleep. The shower was very nice and safe but the main floor slippery.
