  • Nestled in the middle of a 900-acre private farm in Fraziers Bottom, this delightful Caboose turned Tiny Home offers an awesome getaway for guests. We’ve completely renovated both inside and out with a massive deck including a hot tub, fire-pit area and outdoor furniture with a view to die for! A cozy sleeping area, featuring a queen bed, and a relaxing living room with a sofa bed across from a unique bay window dining area! We’ve got a private bathroom stocked with a hair dryer and shower, this space is perfect for a soothing getaway. Both AC and heat ensure a comfortable stay year-round. The inside also features a fully functioning kitchenette area! We hope you enjoy the relaxing charm our unique little caboose has to offer.

Our family had such a wonderful time at the caboose! It was so beautifully done inside. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our kiddos had a blast! Although we had some unexpected snow which caused us to not really be able to enjoy the outside as we had hoped, we had a great time inside. We loved the games, eating at the bay window and the hot tub was nice and warm. We would definitely stay again if in the area
