The Space:
Located within the tranquil Sun Song community, guests will have onsite perks of 2 indoor hot tubs to help ease your tired muscles along with outdoor tennis courts for re-upping your adrenaline. The world-class ski resorts of Winter Park and Granby Ranch are just a short drive away, offering ski runs for all ages and experiences levels covered in fresh mountain powder. In the warmer months, the area blossoms with hiking and biking trails, gondola rides over stunning mountain views, ropes courses, a thrilling alpine slide, and much more. You can even choose to leave the car at home and take the free shuttle to and from your desired destination. The home is just minutes from shopping and dining whether you want to stock up on snacks and groceries or set out to discover a new favorite local restaurant.

The home’s welcoming interior serves as your personal basecamp between adventures, showcasing soaring vaulted ceilings alongside large picture windows illuminating spaces in bright, natural light. Sink into plush sofa and recliner seating in the living room while you surf the channels on the TV, the fireplace providing a cozy ambiance in the cooler months. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite family style meals, with full-sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind and to experience the best of what Colorado has to offer, no matter what time of year.

At nearby Winter Park Ski Resort, you’ll enjoy over 3,000 acres available for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. During the summer months, play a little disc golf, hike and bike the many scenic trails, raft the river, and take the summer chairlift to the top for some incredible views. And when it's time to shop, dine, or grab a cup of coffee and relax, pay a visit to the Village.

Great value!

This place was perfect for our family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 2), along with our babysitter. We liked having 2 master suites and the kids enjoyed staying in the loft. This place was affordable for a ski weekend, a convenient location, and a comfortable amount of space for our group. We had a great time and would stay here again!
