We came to Tyler unexpectedly because a close family member was hospitalized, and what could have been one of the hardest weeks of our lives was made so much easier because of the whole staff! Their kindness wasn’t just great customer service—it was genuine compassion. They welcomed us with warmth, checked on us, offered encouraging words, and treated us like family when we needed it most. In a world where people often forget how much a simple act of kindness can mean, these three women reminded us that it can make all the difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed, but it’s the people who make this place extraordinary. thank you for your caring hearts and for being a bright light during such a difficult time. We will never forget your kindness, and because of you, Home2 Suites Tyler will always hold a special place in our hearts. If you’re looking for a hotel where people truly care, this is it."
Lake Palestine's Best Property for Vacations, Reunions, Events, Get-Aways!!!

"Upon check in we were greeted with beautiful lake views, sunshine, and heat! Jerry showed us the property and gave us all the ins and outs. We loved this house. We had 5 families with us and everyone was able to have their own room and stay comfortably. You didn’t feel like you were right next to each other. There is so much space in the house to lounge, watch TV, and play games. We were able to all eat in the dining room together which was great! The pool was awesome as well. It was nice they have someone clean it twice a week seeing as we were there a week. The dock was also great if you have a boat or jet skis. There is a lot of spider webs and spiders so beware of that. We actually brought a blower to clean off our tube and tried to blow them off as much as possible. Lastly, I will say there was also quite a few bugs inside that we kept finding lurking around rooms upstairs and down stairs. That would be my only 2 complaints! It is an incredible house with so much space. And we will definitely be booking again!"
