The tub in the room didn’t drain properly, it would fill up with water and took about 30 minutes to drain. The room itself was ok, I wasn’t expecting much for the cost of the room.

Only problem was the coffee maker did not work, and the microwave did not work. The coffee maker was replaced, but they said they did not have another microwave. The desk staff were very good.

Not too dissimilar to other Microtel hotels, musty rooms but amenable enough for a night or two. The cameras "didn't work" during my stay which I unfortunately found out after my vehicle was damaged overnight in the parking lot. I think that's a security issue and although I don't hold the hotel accountable for damage in their parking lot, pretty lousy that they either can't be bothered to review the footage or legitimately don't have a working security system at the time of stay.

If you’re looking for a clean minimalist place within walking distance of food entertainment and adventure this is the perfect place. We were able to get great room rate of $55 per night and this was an exceptional deal for the above stated situation.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The parking was safe, convenient, and easy to access, which made coming and going hassle-free. One area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. It would be great to see fresher options, such as bagels from a local bakery, along with hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. Adding a few more breakfast choices would make the experience much better. The rooms could also benefit from some updates and maintenance. In addition, installing exhaust fans in the bathrooms would help with ventilation and improve overall comfort. Despite these suggestions, I appreciated the convenient parking and enjoyed my stay. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

We brought food in the room and ants invaded it. We destroyed the food and asked for bug spray and my husband told them it was our fault. I don’t agree! When we got there, our door didn’t lock so had to lift the door to get it to lock. When we got back to the room around midnight, we couldn’t get into our room. The very helpful gal at the front desk tried many keys and finally called the manager so we got the door open. She tried to move us but couldn’t get into another room and the shower was broken in the next room. We locked it from the inside and stayed and it was fixed the next day. The towels were brown stained and looked like they were used to clean a car. We were told they were clean, I certainly would not put those towels in for guests. The room was cleaned well except for the ants that were there all 4 days and the staff was very nice.

Stayed here while our company did some maintenance work in the area. This hotel is convenient, walkable to entertainment & restaurants, and affordable. The suite was great because it felt as if we had a living room in our space. It was extra helpful to have a mini fridge, sink & microwave too. All in all we’ll definitely be back if the opportunity arises again.

Rooms have so far been very clean! Beds and bathroom have been spotless so far. If you are looking for a fancy breakfast and lots of amenities then this won’t be the place for you…but if you just need a clean room for the night with a very well lit parking lot…then this is the place for you. Will be staying again for sure. My only critique would be the bathrooms could really use exhaust fans to keep down on moisture/smells.

Entire expierence. Check in, SLOW, I asked to see the room, SLOW, the lady was somewhere between 80 and 90 years old, there by herself. I felt bad for her. Then the keys didn't work, FINALLY got that fixed. I needed to take some meds., I asked if there was a drinking fountain, water to buy, just any water, NOPE. I had to leave the hotel and find a grocery store to buy 2 bottles of water. And the beat goes on! The front door handle area was so filthy that I did not even want to touch it. When I did the handle nearly fell off! The inner door, what was left of the handle was hanging by one broken screw. The were a lot of seedy characters hanging around the parking lot and coming in and out of the building. The room I reserved had a fridge and a microwave, I got nothing! Suprise Suprise! Getting the A'C to work was another crazy challenge, finally I gave up. Got up in the morning and got ready to go eat some (provided) breakfast before I got back on the road and this was the topper. It is a room the size of a storage room, a 3 foot long bar and 3 stools for the 75 people staying there. Just cold cereal and nothing anyone would really want. I said ok I will get some orange juice in the tiny cups to take my morning meds. IT WAS WARM... Not even cool. How safe and sanitary is that? I would avoid this hotel at ALL costs. There seems to be many others nearby.

The maintenance of this property was quite poor. The air conditioning unit was super loud. The shower drain was clogged. The sink drain was clogged. The Bath fans had been disconnected and were inoperable. My reservation was confirmed for a handicap room, but when I arrived I was given a regular room on the second floor and there are no elevators. Overall my experience was quite unpleasant and I would never book another room at this location.

I woke up in the middle of the night to find ants crawling on me. I got up to see if I could find where the were coming from and seen them on the bedside table as well. Finally was able to fall back to sleep only to keep waking up with more crawling on me. I notified the hotel the next day to advice I would be checking out early and that I would appreciate a refund for the 2nd as I wouldn't be staying and was told no...... ridiculous
