This level also includes a room of 12 square meters equipped with a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a hand-basin, and a separate toilet. The open kitchen, spanning 8 square meters, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this floor.
