"Very happy with our room - clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Full kitchen, that we did not need, but real positive. We loved the “borrow” cabinet in lobby! Have never seen before. Borrow a crockpot, borrow wine glasses, etc. whatever you need, available to borrow. Makes you feel at home."

"The room was very clean and nicely sized. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved the cute little goodie bag for our dog. The view is gorgeous from the property. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. Love that there is always water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby. We also grabbed a road trip bingo card on our way out and it kept the kids entertained for a good long while. It was a bit chilly to get into the pool, which didn’t stop the kids. Nice clean pool. Overall a great stay with helpful staff."

Comfort Inn West Hazleton

"Stayed at this hotel for one night as we drove from FL to MA. Staff were super friendly, check in was easy, price was great, and our hotel room was updated, clean and modern....which impressed us because as we walked down the hallway on the 2nd floor, we were a bit taken back by the carpet which was worn. The hotel room was great! As I said, very clean and looked completely renovated. Maybe the hotel is going through a renovation and doing the rooms first. Either way, I gave this hotel a good rating because my experience - with the exception of the hallways - was great! And it also has a hotel bar/restaurant, which many hotels at this price do not. Close to gas and quick bites. Enjoy it!"

"Only real complaint, since i am a taller man, is that the shower head was a bit lower for my tastes (also shower preasure wasn't the best) but beyond that, it was a fine stay with a good friendly staff."

"Hotel recently transitioned from a Red Roof to a Sleep Inn. (Man at counter said it happened about a month ago) Much of the hotel seemed to be renovated- new flooring, updated bathrooms, new furniture, etc. Everything was clean. A/C worked well, shower was hot, and beds were comfortable. Only reason I rated it a good, not excellent, was the hours for the breakfast. On the weekends, breakfast starts at 7."

"This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs floating in it. It looked more like a pond!!! So gross. We did not end up staying. After checking in and seeing the state of this place we found another hotel and left. You'd have to pay us to stay there!"
