"Clean and comfortable throughout. Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the large bedrooms. All bedrooms on the main and upper level had their own bathroom. Kitchen was nice and was well stocked. Overall, very happy and one of the nicer homes we have stayed at in Garden City"

"Nice property. Nice home. A few things that could be better. Clock isn’t working. Dishwasher didn’t do a good job cleaning. Both of the back units on the stove didn’t work. They turned on but actually wouldn’t warm up enough to cook a pancake. There is a high pitched whine that my younger kids can hear going on and off all the time. They think maybe it’s an an alarm at your property or the neighbors. Biggest improvement needs to be a screen door on the deck door. With no air con the open door there is critical for airflow and it cannot be left open at night because of the bugs. Loved all the access to the beach toys. The view was beautiful. The beach chairs were wonderful. If your house had one more bedroom it would be perfect for us. Thank you."

"We had an amazing time at this home. Big family group. This property is truly secluded from any others so you have absolutely privacy. The views from this place are absolutely amazing.House was perfect, clean, roomy, plenty of place for everyone and lots of fun stuff to do.Also few minute drive to Rendezvous Beach, Laketown, and Garden City.Tawni was great getting us all the info we needed!I recommend this property."
