Estadia horrivel

Estadia pessima. Elevador quebrado na chegada, apartamento pessimo, barulhento, cheiro de mofo e banheiro minúsculo. Peguei um apto que fica com a janela virada para a av. Abolição, super movimentada, um barulho horríve. lCafé da manhã de acordo com a qualidade do hotel, péssimo. Único item favorável é a localização. Indo a Fortaleza não recomendo o hotel, o valor cobrado se fosse a metade ainda seria caro.

Surpresa negativa

muito negativa e espero que os proprietários leiam isso para melhorar o atendimento. Quando cheguei para o check-in, às 00h20, fui surpreendido com a cobrança de uma diária extra devido a uma falha na comunicação via WhatsApp. Além disso, ao ler as orientações da estadia, percebi que até lençol extra tinha custo adicional. No quarto, a realidade estava bem distante das fotos, e a cortina estava suja, evidenciando a falta de limpeza. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com poucas opções, o que foi comentado por outros hóspedes. A limpeza do quarto foi outro problema. Apesar de pedir 2 vezes na recepção, meu quarto não foi limpo. Além disso, o papel higiênico acabou e precisei ir até a recepção pegar mais. O pior aconteceu quando uma parte da pia de mármore se descolou e caiu sobre meu pé. Tive sorte de não ter sido mais grave, mas o funcionário afirmou que isso era algo "normal" no hotel, o que me causou preocupação sobre a segurança. Para minha surpresa, a pia estava sustentada por apenas dois ferros, o que representa um risco sério de acidente. Mesmo após esse incidente, o hotel não se mostrou disposto a oferecer nenhuma compensação, nem mesmo pelas duas águas que consumi. Fica aqui meu pedido para que a gestão repense suas práticas e procure melhorar a experiência dos futuros hóspedes.
