We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant attached. Dinner was delicious and catered well to our vegetarian diet. Breakfast was adequate too. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient. Stayed with my husband and 2 kids, would stay again!
This is a great hotel, the rooms were very comfortable and quiet., we enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, lots of choice.
The location is great and an easy walk to the old town, there is a grocery store close by to pick up provisions.

Good size room and facilities, sadly the restaurants lack of staff ment we had to eat out during very poor weather.
The usual Premier Inn, clean, comfortable, quiet. The best location, walking distance to the train station. Two big supermarkets Morrison's and Lidl close by. Only McDonald's around. The only negative point VERY EXPENSIVE (I had to use my points to stay there). Great staff and breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay.
Listen the property was very over priced suring our stay in Scotland. It is apparently based on the region and being a popular destination. However the front desk staff and restaurant staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Easy parking. The building is in need of repair especially the corridor.
It's another Premier Inn that delivers a Premier Inn stay. Friendly staff (especially the young man who checked us in), comfortable rooms, and a very good Premier Inn breakfast. It would have been 5 stars but the condition of the corridors and hallways leading to the rooms does not make for a good first impression. It would be in the ownership's best interest to freshen up these areas as it would make a tremendous difference.
Super cozy. Restaurant right on site with delicious breakfast. Close to Ben Nevis for hiking and downtown for shopping. Two supermarkets right there. And the train pretty much stops at the door.
It was ni e stay, but facility needs some renovation and dinner options. As it was hard to book the restaurant for dinner due to limited availability. I. Is located in beautiful part and close to supemrarket and Mc donalds.
Shabby room, furniture, small bed. The restaurant was unorganized and were out of many options. The breakfast was bland.

The food and the service in the restaurant was terrible. We waited for an hour to get our pizza while people who ordered after us had already got their steak. Had chase down the staff 3 times and then our pizza turned up burnt

Poor poor breakfast. No fresh coffee and very fat food
Buildings are outdated. Surroundings are not groomed either. Rooms are dirty and hot, 26.5 Celsius during the night, we did not get much sleep. Bathroom smelled moldy. I could go on. I would not recommend staying here.
Uninterested staff. Rooms in need of updates. Bathroom had wet floor, dirty corners and mold.
Double bed was two singles pushed together with a gap in the middle. Not comfortable.
