Everything is great Room is decent. Staff are nice and parking is great and love that they have the kitchen cause you can cook when you have your family here. Also, I love that it is pet friendly so far no complaint and this is my second week here because husband is on a job and I had no complaint yet.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to highway, but kind of difficult to get to, winding through the hospital campus. Grounds around the property are a little bit of a mess. Seemed like there were a number of longer term guests there as well.

Overpriced rooms and low quality. Public hairs on top shelf in bathroom and little hairs in bedding. We were grossed out and didn’t stay the night. Clean otherwise. Rooms need some major updates. No amenities and room cost wasn’t justified. The check in girl was amazing though, and is an asset to your company.

It is like a home away from home. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and waited on my credit card for the limit to be increased so I could get a couple of more nights. I really enjoyed my experience. I am waiting for my next home to rent and this is an affordable place to stay.

Needed a cheap night for a cross country drive and the other reviews and photos looked fine. The property does look ok on the outside, and it is convenient to highway 69 and the nearby hospital - also the staff at the front desk was very nice BUT there were stains on the sheets and towels, the floor was sticky, the hallways and various rooms were loud and REEKED of pot. Just know these things before you book. If you bring some cleaning supplies and your own sheets and towels, it's an economical way to go.

Desk clerk stated one outside door didn’t require a key (unsafe), man staggering in upstairs hallway, and neighboring room with screaming, arguing occupants. I left and went to another hotel. Will not stay at this brand again.

The room was good except for an electric outlet in the bathroom near of the sink was loose and out of place that's I'm scared to be shocked while I'm washing my teeth and face. And the first staff person was very rude, because we arrived at 2am due to a flight delayed and it looks that we interrupted her sleep and she didn't like it.
