Room was clean and fresh, staff was great- most of the time someone would come out and greet us as we walked through. Real friendly. The entrance was not real easy to get to, a little tricky getting in/out of the parking lot.

Clean inviting lobby, genuinely friendly & helpful staff, spacious sleeping room, really comfy bed. Small vanity & toilet area. Nice minibar offered, but pricey. The room had a distinct odor of old, stale cigarette smoke. Noticed it in the hallway too. It’s like a room that’s been smoked in for years and it just lingers. They’ve tried to cover it with spray, but it comes back. Also, found several different types of hair in the shower & vanity area, and debris on the floor in the corner of bathroom & under the bed. Not a thorough cleaning job. There was no refrigerator in the room.

I am from FW but wanted some space from family. I tried other hotels but this was the only one with a room for 2 nights. Pricey yes but def worth it. Only open a few months old, clean, nice/friendly staff. The walls seem a Little thin and there is no microwave or iron in the room and I like convenience but I was fine w/o it. Free coffee, free water. I didn’t get to utilize the spa but maybe next time. Location is good. Lots of places to shop and eat near

The Amaya was a wonderful surprise. Wasn't sure what to expect from a non-brand property but we will definitely stay here again. Staff welcomed me at my car and took the luggage to my room and refused a gratuity. While checking in, we were provided with a hot moist face towel to refresh with as well as a warm cider. I can't say enough about the personal service. The room was very clean and the functionality was well thought out. Overall, a great experience.

I liked the atmosphere! No trouble parking,very helpful staff, quiet time was awesome I never heard any of the other guests in the hotel it was that peaceful. I loved the location because it was by alot of great food places as well as shopping centers. I will be booking again. There is nothing to dislike!

Hotel staff very nice and professional. This is what a hotel should be. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Room is spacious and very clean. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.
