There was no chair except a desk chair and seems like a very stark and dark room I moved to a standard room which is wonderful! Far more cozy. The handicapped rooms could be far better designed ! The front desk is staffed with terrific people including Lisa and Benjamin, who is really well trained in hotel management. "
