Enjoy a dream vacation in one of our romantic apartments, in a dreamy and sophisticated atmosphere! Our apartments at Villa Barra Resort are located in a renovated, historic building, in the old Florida style. Find relaxation in the heated pool or in the tropical garden! Experience an unforgettable Florida vacation in the historic district of Fort Myers, in the immediate vicinity of Edison and Ford Home - not far from Down Town. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the bay of the Gulf of Mexico, which connects the holiday destinations Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Already there you can watch dolphins and manatees.

The beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Sanibel Island can be reached quickly by rental car. In addition to sunny days on the white sandy beach, the nightlife of Fort Myers Beach is a special experience. Huge shopping malls and outlets invite you to shop in Fort Myers. Sports are not neglected either - in addition to various water sports and tennis courts, there are numerous golf courses nearby. On day trips you can visit Florida's attractions such as Disneyland or Cape Canaveral. Other cities like Miami, Tampa, St. Petersburgh and St. Augustine is easy to reach. The Everglades, with their numerous aligators, are right outside the door.

Despite noticeably pleasant coolness from the air conditioning, the apartment furnished in white is particularly cozy due to its red / orange colors in pillows and carpets.
Make yourself comfortable on the bed or in one of the armchairs - the TV bench can be moved at any time so that you can enjoy the flat screen TV and music system from different places. Beautiful wooden elements in the kitchen furniture also make the rooms cozy. A bench in the well-equipped kitchen invites you to linger.
The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with sufficient towels. Bed linen is also provided.
The additional bed enables an absolutely inexpensive vacation for a small family!

Great place

We stayed here in early May n loved it. Cute little apt in a historical home. Had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Loved the big porch to enjoy quite mornings n evenings. Pool was clean and nice spot to lay out.Very close to stores, restaurants, downtown and the water-walking distance. Manger was very helpful with check-in n checkout and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The only suggestion I have was to have screen n curtain on the available bedroom window so you could enjoy fresh air on the cooler nights. We definitely would stay there again.

Einfach toll!!

Wir waren mit unserem Apartment sehr zufrieden. Es war alles sauber, und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, inkl. Klimaanlage. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Convenient

I chose this property because I did not want to rent a car. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Fort Myers... and there is a Publix ... and a few other restaurants...super close by... walking distance. The pool, where I spent most of my day, was lovely. I was surprised to be the only one there until late afternoon. Plenty of comfy seating ... Very restful. The kitchen is well appointed. My microwave blew out a few days into my stay and management was very responsive, replacing it with a brand new microwave, the same day. The inn is nothing fancy... it's an older home, with charm. My only suggestion would be to refresh the bed linens . The studio I stayed in needs a new comforter, and sheets and pillow cases that match each other.

Historic old building

Nice location of this old building. Walking distance to Publix, coffee shop, brewery, and a few dining spots. My unit was very clean. It was well equipped with kitchen items.

It was in a nice location. Easy access to Downtown and Harbor area. A bit far to the ballparks (Twins and RedSox) But the drive was direct and not too bad.

welcoming, great location

This property is well maintained, has all anyone can need, fee washer and dryer, pool, or the staff will get it for you and best of all, it is walking distance to downtown, grocery store, farmers market, parks, and tourist sites. The trolley runs a few blocks away! Loved the property, the manager and staff and great location. Would definitely stay again. when coming to Ft. Myers and will look at her other properties also.
