Jacuzzi motherboard has malfunction the jacuzzi is under repair. The jacuzzi is under warranty and is less than 1 year old but the motherboard failed. It's been ordered and will be repaired asap. Will update here once it's been replaced

Remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + 6 inch tri-fold memory foam queen mattress (so much more comfortable than an air mattress) also 2 sofas you can sleep 2 more adults for 8 person sleeping accommodations. This place is amazing for anyone looking for a real beach house . Remodeled June 2020.

Shower Before Going In The Jacuzzi We Have An Outdoor Shower.. (sand in the jacuzzi will result in a $250 fine to drain it and clean it).

When coming in from the beach please shower in the backyard shower to not bring your sand and suntan lotion onto the surfaces inside the unit.

Beach Vacation

The place is all newly remodeled so very clean and comfortable! Just a short walk across the road and your on the beach. The only thing is the hot tub didn't work and they couldn't get repaired during our stay.

Disappointed

The hot tub was broken and not communicated to us until we got there, as well as the fire table. Someone did come try and fix the table but we couldn’t get it to work. With having to spend evenings out spending money and not in the hot tub we requested a partial refund and the host dodged it or just sent an automatic message. A little disappointing, since we wouldn’t have booked this if it weren’t for the hot tub. It was clean, washer and dryer were nice.

We had a wonderful time in a very modern, very clean beach home. It was a perfect location. Florida Fun!

My girlfriends and I totally enjoyed our 3-day stay at Frank and Mike's condo. It's a cozy and very clean place -- and Mike was ready to help make our stay the best it could be with suggestions of favorite restaurants and many other offerings. The weather was not great -- chilly and a bit rainy. But we managed to take wonderful, long strolls on the beach every day. The location is GREAT! Just across the street from 7 miles of beautiful beach. The island of Fort Myers Beach is still very much in recovery mode from the dramatic devastation left by Hurricane Ian in 9/22. We felt good to be part of the rehabilitation! It's a great place--

This was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and nicer than the pictures show. The fire alarm kept going off the whole time, changed batteries etc... wouldnt stop. probably needs a new one. Not a big deal to me it happens. Highly recommend

Close to beach!

The condo was a great location to the beach and the jacuzzi was a nice addition! Would recommend renting bikes or a golf cart for week to easily navigate around island! Having the Publix right next store was great! 8 is a tight fight but the kids loved the sleepover feel!

We booked this place just on the pictures in the listing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Place is super clean and has plenty of room. We had 6 people stay on the trip. We had plenty of room for everyone. Has a nice backyard with tables and grill. Beach is literally right across the street.

Phenomenal

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, close to the grocery store, etc. We absolutely loved our stay there. There are all accommodations that you can think of. Didn’t go home with any dirty laundry at all. The hot tub was a nightly thing for our group and we all slept so well because of it. The backyard patio was shaded and there are charcoal grills and lots of shade. We would go back for sure and hope to. Frank was awesome and very quick to respond when we had questions. You will not regret your stay here. Enjoy enjoy enjoy. The beach is literally a 30-60 second walk. Loved it.
