"We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. It is obviously an older property and shows it age. Nonetheless, the interior courtyards are charming, the breakfast was good with hot and cold choices, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, our room was clean, and the location was close to a number of eateries. Plus it was easy to get to attractions from the hotel. The bed was comfortable but the bed frame was squeaky. Luckily we aren’t restless sleepers or the frame would have been annoying. We would book here again."

"I was at Viscount Suites from 4/8-4/11/2026. The room was ok for cleanliness but the furniture, bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets, TVs, and drapes are very much outdated. Everything in this hotel needs updated. The lights in the hallways are very dim."

"Older property in need of updating. Both breakfast and evening reception were not up to what I have come to expect from Embassy suites. Pool area was a nice size but the staff did not enforce the no outside alcohol, ice chests, loud music etc and the hot tub was taken over by 10+ people having their own party so nobody else could use it for hours.
