Spectacular view on the Canal/Pool/F.Lauderdale

Boutique apartment directly on the canal, with a wonderfull view of it. Modern decor in a Mid-Century style building. Very clean and quiet. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen: microwave, Coffe-maker, toaster, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, pots, dishes, utensils. Living room with a sofa bed and cable tv, dining table for 4 people , large walk-in, coin operated washer-dryer on site, access to BBQ and pool (not heated during winter time but still accessible). 1 Parking included. Iron and Iron-board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, 1 bath towel, 1 face cloth, 1 beach towel, coffee, salt, peper, spices, oil

All guests must be 23 years old or older or accompanied by their parents.
All adults guests will have to send a Pictured ID to the owner.

Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

Nice Unit/Close to Everything

The condo was great for my wife and I. We did not have great weather so we shopped quite a bit. Awesome shopping and the one day we had a few hours of sunshine, we drove 5 minutes to the beach and soaked up al the rays we could. We recommend this unit if you’re looking for a cost effective rental in a very nice location. Loved our view of the canal.

AMAZING VIEWS

A beautiful property in a safe area,3 minutes from the beach by car! A clean and well presented apartment with everything you need,which looks out onto the waterways. I stayed with my 17 year old daughter. The only negative would be that the air conditioning in the bedroom is VERY noisy and i found it difficult to sleep,so slept on the sofa bed in the living room, and also maybe a bigger bed thats not as firm 🙈 The pool was very clean,quiet and had sunshine all day... I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great View, Great Place!

We stayed here for Tortuga. It ended up being a bit further from the beach and the festival than I expected (on foot), but I'd stay here again. Beautiful view of the canal to wake up to each morning. Clean and quiet little place in a nice neighborhood. Great communication with the hosts.

Good location and nice viewing, but felling cold

This room is in a very good location, convenient to go to the beach and shopping. The view of the sunrise over the boats floating on the canal through the large window made us feel like we had the best time of our vacation. During our stay, we had very cold and rainny days below 50F for several days. The heating system in this room did not work enough and the room did not get warm and we felt much colder than in my room in Michigan. That was the biggest issue in my stay. Other than that, it was good enough to stay comfortable.

Lovely!

A lovely apartment with a gorgeous view of the canals. The walk to the beach was a bit farther than I anticipated but I should have looked at that before booking. The bed is very firm. The hot water does not last long either but overall, a great stay!

close to the beach with a great window view of the canal

My husband has severe asthma to smells I contacted this property while deciding on a location and because they only use bleach and not fragrant detergent is why we chose this location. we arrived super late due to our flight arrival time so we basically showered and went to bed. Got up the next day and my husband stated that dishes were dirty and the pots and pans nonstick surface was coming off. The bed is hard. the bathroom and all the mirrors in the apt could have use more attention to cleaning. appeared to have dried blood above the toilet paper holder and someone else's hair was in the shower, soap dispenser, and walls. mirrors had water spots and the one by the front door had something sticky all over it. host only gives you 1 set of towels per person. knowing that we brought our own bc we use 2 towels each. other than that, its your typical old Florida apartment complex. it was well kept for the age. has 2 wall ac units that keep the place ice cold but the one in the bedroom is super noisy. it has a great view of the canal with all the yachts, beach is a 5 min drive, publix is also a 15 min walk. the apartment and neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around.

Perfect for a solo or couple!

The apartment is super cute. The air conditioning and all of the appliances work great. There is no balcony so the view is from inside of the living room. You can sit outside of the door and look out. The owners were very responsive and answered any of my questions immediately. Location is perfectly located just 5 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from Starbucks and Publix, plus lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a very very comfortable good stay.

Great location and stay

We stayed for the weekend with our toddler. We had a great time and were very comfortable. Only negative was lack of tv options for my toddler. Only had about 10 channels from the cable provider. Otherwise a great recommended place!

Parents Weekend

The pictures are only the tip of the iceberg. The location is perfect with only about .5 miles to Sunrise Blvd and another .5 miles to the sandy beach. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially being right on the canal. The apartment is located in a very nice area of town away from the heavy traffic areas but positioned so that you're not too far from anything. The space was clean and well kept. It was the perfect place for us to rest our heads and get ready for the next days fun!
