I want to start by saying the front desk staff were great, which makes it all the more unfortunate that I have to write a negative review about the overall staff and service.
We used the valet service, and unfortunately, our rental car was dinged. The valet company claimed the damage was pre-existing and said they reviewed surveillance footage. However, when we requested a copy of that footage, the manager responded dismissively with “you see” (referring to a low image quality screenshot of something on his phone) and refused to provide it. I understand the valet is a third-party company, but there should still be some accountability and transparency in situations like this.
Additionally, the hot water in our room was inconsistent. The temperature in the room was also uncomfortable — either extremely cold or humid — even though we kept the door closed.
That said, the property has good potential. It offers its own beach access, and the fitness facility was well-equipped.
