"This was the worst experience. There was a booking era. I was far from home with my family. After a long hard day we arrive and try to check in. They marked us as a no show earlier in the week. They had me for the wrong dates. They were rude. Did not try to help us. They took $300 with no intention of helping us out. This is a remote area. No tourists. Why $300 a night?
