Nice size rooms, first room we were assigned wasn’t cleaned yet but staff was helpful and quick to get a new room. Only issue is the people above were very noisy. I recommend a top floor. We’ve stayed at this location before and would stay again if in the area

Breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool water was just a tad too cold for a swim. The only downside was housekeeping only cleaned our room once in the 6 nights we were there, only one time did we have “do not disturb” sign out.

Front desk personnel were very helpful. We were given a handicap-accessible room, but because I recently had back surgery, I could not bend over to use the refrigerator, which was at floor level. Others with me helped out. We had a very nice stay. The breakfast could have offered link sausage instead of the cardboard bacon and turkey sausage.

The room was clean however one of the two lights in the bathroom was burned out and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The jacuzzi jet feature of the hot tub was also broken. On the plus side the breakfast was far above average and the staff accomdating.

Breakfast amazing, Staff not bad.. ROOMS very CLEAN. But i can not give this hotel a 5 star even if I wanted to. And I know my situation along with those who stay there the same time as me is probably a 1 time thing still more could had been done that the staff did not do. On my last night the entire hotel lost HOT water. Everyone checking in did not get heads up and i think that’s messed up on the staff side. As for me i cam back later at night, i was told my options were to cancel the reservation and get a 1 night refund and book else where Or I could find a 24hr gym ask for a free trial and shower there Or I could jump in the hot tub to rinse off. I thankfully had water bottles in the room from a 32 case i had bought and i took about 12 of those and took a shower with that as the water in the shower was too cold. When i was checking out, they never said anything about what they were going to do for us, i had to ask which is crazy, them knowing the situation the best thing you can do is be on top of it to show the customers that they matter. When i asked the woman told me they were giving points. That it would go into my account. Since i book through Expedia I didn’t get how they had my Bonvoy account but she said they did. Until this day, there’s no points on my account. So she might of lied. Which is also MESSED UP. Overall the hotel is great and things happen but the people working there are not as great and seemed like they didn't care to help!
