Downtown Fort Collins, where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are, is also within walking distance! You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared ooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables.This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

This was a wonderful house for our large family to celebrate Christmas! Old Town North is very accessible to Old town where there are so many options of dining, shopping and activities. The house was stocked with essentials like trash bags, laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen as far as cookware. I'd stay again!

I was the main communicator and organizer for a team of international staff members who stayed at this house. The house is beautiful and spacious, it was a great fit for our guests. Stayed here with some co-workers for a conference. The extra king-size beds (as compared to so many rental properties) was a big bonus! The hot tub wasn't working, so that was a disappointment. Clean unit with lots of space.

Plenty of space to relax and enjoy this home away from home. Communication from the host was timely and informative. Check in was super easy! Hot tub controls could use some attention, but the home was excellent overall.
