"Our stay at Royalton Antigua was extremely disappointing. The original room was in poor condition (broken mirror, dirty floors with sand), forcing us to pay an additional $600 to switch rooms. The replacement room was just as bad—the air conditioning was uncontrollable and made the room unbearably cold, and a burst pipe flooded the room overnight. We were also unable to use basic services like the phone, which raised safety concerns. Despite reporting these issues, nothing was properly resolved, and we were even unable to sleep in the room one night. For a stay costing around $3,900 plus $600 extra, this experience was unacceptable."

"Nice property however, they ran out of towels quickly. They have small variety of food and too much pork. No island special fruits and such. Not enough activities or entertainment. During booking it stated night club but there were none. This resort is for the elders and not younger adults. Additionally we were given special Expedia bracelets for some access but were not able to use it. The cruise ship drop off point was at the resort so it made the sea dirty and not desirable to swim"

"Great stay ! Emma and Kevin and local host Kevin are on it with communication and helpfulness . Very clean very comfortable .Gorgeous view from Villa overlooking Deep Bay ! Villa has everything you need and more for a rental . Pool and outside deck space is amazing ! I did not rent a car so walked to beaches nearby ( Deep Bay 20 min walk , Hawksbill Bay 35 min walk , Eden Beach 40 min walk ) . Hosts help arranged taxi to/ from airport , and to English harbour . "

Hidden behind palms, tucked away just outside St.Johns, and run by the gorgeous Sonja, who is the warmest, most friendly hostess, who will look after you and immerse you into the local community. I cannot recommend this higly enough as the perfect escape when on Antigua. Safe and welcoming. "

"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "
