"This is our first trip without joining a tourists to China with our children. Our first stop is Xi’an. Second stop is Beijing. We choose this hotel for many reasons. It is closer to the subway station. We can walk to the Drum Tower and 什剎海。 The plants are inside out. We also wanted non smoking room; which is hard to find. Walking around the hotel was great to watch local life and eat with locals. The hotel itself is very cosy, in a good way. Clean, comfortable and modern, in a lovely courtyard setting. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. They have resident cats, which my kids adored. The rate for the hotel is also very reasonable. Great for a short stay. It...
