"This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. The room was renovated however it was very hot and air conditioning was turned off for the winter and the only window looked onto the corridor balcony therefore not very good for noise or safety. "Room was not ready when I arrived. I got a room but it was still dirty from the last guest There was someone there and I got a different room I got double charged for the room. They asked for my card to pay the room tax but they charged the full amount. The room had already been pre-paid on Expedia. When I asked the hotel staff about this they assured me it was only the room tax that got charged. But when I got my Credit card statement, I found that was not true. Now I have to spend a bunch...

"This is a hotel in Fontainebleau but it is not belle. I paid almost $400 a night (the Expedia rate was twice what they were showing at the hotel) for a room with no air conditioning and it was 98 degrees at night and impossible to sleep. Also, the bathroom smelled and there was a tv bracket on the wall but no tv. I have never felt so ripped off by a hotel room before."
