Hôtel très bien situé, personnel charmant et efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et la literie de qualité. Seules ombres au tableau, la déco désuète des chambres et des communs. Montagne ne rime pas forcément avec lambris. En outre, le petit-déjeuner à 18€ est trop cher pour la prestation.

Bien grâce au personnel

Un bon séjour en famille, au frais. Le personnel de l'Hôtel était très chaleureux, accueillants, de bons conseils et bienveillants. L'hôtel semble avoir été un hôtel très sympa il y a quelques années mais il est à présent dans son jus. La salle de sport est rouillée, les parties communes sont dans leur jus... idem que la salle de bain. Néanmoins, les chambres sont très propres, et le petit déjeuner très bon. Cet hôtel fait le job pour une semaine où plein d'activités sont prévues.

Apprécié Amabilité du personnel et du gérant,restaurant dans l hotel,coin salon cheminee,espace jeux ,tout commerces à proximité. Moins apprécié le bruit de la rue et insonorisation des chambres on se croit dans la chambre avec les voisins!surtout quand ils sont en plein ebats amoureux et qu on a un pre ado qui est gené d entendre ça !

Très apprécié d'être au centre de Font Romeu. Personnel très sympa. Prix du petit déjeuner excessif. Réservé chambre 2 mois à l'avance avec un grand lit et me suis retrouvé avec 2 petits lits. Pour le reste rien à dire.

mitigé mais personnel adorable et engaggé.

¨personnel très accueillant sympathique et réactif. séjour en période creuse, donc restaurant fermé. Mais petit déjeuner buffet parfait et très agréable. et un bon point pour être un des rares hotels ouverts! Chambre propre et confortable. Regret pour l'absence de vue , balcon en vis à vis des immeubles, ambiance générale "triste" malgré les gros efforts de déco "Halloween", liée au style "années 60". Accès suppose plusieurs volées de marches, portes coupe feu très lourdes et poignées pénibles à ouvrir. Merci d'avoir supprimé le produit de nettoyage parfumé.!

Très déçu du séjour . Réservation demandée avec lit double se retrouve avec deux lit simple .Propreté à revoir que ce soit dans les chambres ou la salle de restauration . Prix abusifs pour le petit déjeuner. Ne méritent pas 3 étoiles ! Séjour beaucoup trop chers pour la globalité des services .

Besoin d’une profonde rénovation !

Nous avons eu une chambre rénovée ! Bon point ! En revanche le sol au wc Tâché (douteux) idem dans la salle de bain, le lit en 140, pas confortable, pour le reste c’est correct, par contre les partiez comunes dont les memes depuis 30 ans ! Il serait temps de tout refaire quand même ? Plus vieillot tu peux pas !! Toutefois le personnel est agréable
