"Overall a good experience. Our toilet sometimes had a drip noise, then it would go away so I didn’t call for service. The dining options seemed overpriced and we did not like the coffee from Doyle’s. The room was quiet and the location is wonderful for other restaurants and access to Metro."

"Staff = 5/5 Forgive me, I cannot recall the exact names of the front desk staff, but Audrey (or Aubrey) and Mr. Shaun (Shawn, Sean) LOL, they were phenomenal! The entire front desk crew was solid, but those two truly stood out. They were welcoming, helpful, and made the experience that much better. I would honestly book here again because of them alone. I stayed in a one-room king bed, which was comfortable overall. Housekeeping comes daily unless you place a do not disturb sign, and they did a good job for the most part. There were a few small areas where cleaning could have been more thorough. I noticed a couple of crumbs and things on the floor upon check-in, especially in corners and crevices. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel did have a slightly eerie vibe at times, but that could have just been my experience traveling alone. The location is a big plus, it’s within walking distance to great spots, and I felt safe walking around, even at night."

"The room was one of three smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in this area this room was noticeably smaller. The hallways are dark and the lighting is dated. The hotel needs a refresh. "
