It is pretty basic as accommodations go, akin to a student hostel, and the rooms have a bit of wear and tear but are in decent condition. Noise filters in easily, especially if there's an event going on in the space below, and there won't be any microwave, fridge, or storage options. Staff are courteous and friendly. The downstairs bar has good food and drink options, and you are also steps away from Dupont Circle restaurants, night life, and attractions. "
