"We had an accessibility room and this was well laid out. The staff at the front desk in the evening on Sat and Sun morning (same staff member as she was on a turn & burn schedule) - she was excellent. Efficient as she was running the desk with multiple guests and the phone at the same time. She was magic, delivering good service to all even me, as I was the last to check in. The room was great and sparkling clean - the facility looked great and felt very safe."

"I called ahead to request a pack and play for our small child in our suite for when we arrived since it was going to be late, they said no problem. We asked the front desk if the pack and play is in the room already, they said yes. We got in the room.. and the pack and play was not there. The TV didn’t work at all. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that’s been broken for a while (so why wouldn’t you tell us before checking us in??) and offered to move us to a diff room, but at that point, one of my children already fell asleep so that was out of the question.. stinks. We were on the first floor and the walls are paper thin. It was hard to sleep at night because we heard foot steps from above all night and it sounded like elephants above (I’m guessing it really wasn’t elephants, just normal movement but the walls aren’t sound proof) Overall, the hotel was fine but I wouldn’t return due to these service hiccups. "

"The Pineapple House was as pictured and the host was very attentive. I definitely recommend staying in this home, area very quiet. The bed slept well and all necessities were provided. "
