Everything was great, especially the location. The only thing we could fault would be the bed. It is a futon and it doesnt say it is. We felt the bed was too uncomfortable and we had 2 single duvets on a double bed. Because they didnt fit the bed we had to have one each.

Location good. Room small. Bathroom ok. There was a kettle in the room which was a pleasant surprise. No recycling options. Breakfast disappointing with limited options and empty baskets. A few slices of white bread and one lonely croissant. Positives; good location for city centre, short walk to the Duomo.

Location near the Duomo and the piazza. The only frustrating thing about the room is you have to use the room key for power, meaning you cannot charge anything (like a phone or computer) unless you’re in the room. Breakfast fare was a nice variety and the gal running the breakfast room was delightful!

The staff was beyond helpful with helping us carry the strollers for both our babies up and down the staircases every time we entered the hotel despite the lobby being on a separate floor from the entrance. Our room had a classic feel but was well maintained and the bathrooms were recently renovated.
