B&B propre et pas trop loin de tout

Très bien, mis à part que l'hôte n'était pas là quand je suis arrivé, il faut le téléphoner au numéro inscrit sur la plaque à l'entrée (celui sur Google ne fonctionnait pas), il est là dans les dix minutes. Il faut avoir de bonnes jambes, c'est au quatrième étage. Un frigo collectif est fourni dans le corridor. L'hôte, malgré qu'il ne soit pas toujours présent, est sympathique et m'a offert des conseils sur les attractions touristiques de la ville. Le déjeuner est inclus (café et croissant) dans un café avoisinant qui possède une belle petite terrasse arrière.

Nice B&B

This is a nice B&B. The room was spacious for 4 people. The only problem was to climb the stairs until the 3rd floor with 4 luggages. But this hotel choice was worth because the excellent humor of the owner, Lorenzo. A great guy who gave us tours tips and a glass of wine.

3 days in Florence

Our stay was great. Lorenzo was open and helpful with any questions and advice. The room is typical for price range and the shower was good. Overall good for us, looking to be close to sites and not spend much time in room. Also a couple good restaurants close by (tuscarra)

Quite good

Super kind host. Everything was wonderful except we were mistaken about the location. But that is purely our mistake. We thought it'll be less than 10 minutes from the main train station but turns out it was around 15-18 minutes walk. There are no lifts, just stairs but that's not a problem to us since we actually knew beforehand when booking. Also, better to call the place prior to arriving so that the host can give you keys. Bed was comfy, wifi okay. :)

3 days in Florence

I stayed for 3 days with a friend. The administrator was very friendly. The hotel is very close to the most important historical buildings. Clean and silent, just good enough to come and rest. We had keys to the entrance doors and we came at 12 pm and once at 3 am after a Bocelli concert and didn't have to bother anyone.

escadarias ao monte

boa localização, porém, fica no terceiro andar de escadas, quem tem malas sofre para chegar lá. O hotel não tem recepção, foi preciso achar um telefone no hotel ao lado para poder entrar em contato com o responsável e só depois de 20 minutos o mesmo chegou ao local para abrir o hotel e nos atender. Quarto com boa cama e bom banheiro.

no one to meet us at this place. if you are young and can handle 4 floors to your room okay. and by four floors that four Italian floors if you are in Canada it relates to 6 floors. owner not on site, room not made up when we returned in the afternoon. bad all around would not recommend

Buena Residencia pero no Elevador

En general bien. Buena atención del propietario y limpio, pero no tiene elevador y es complicado subir maletas cuando uno tiene alguna discapacidad. En esta ocasión nos ayudó el propietario a subirlas y bajar las maletas. Sugiero resaltar eso en su página, no esperar a que el cliente lea comentarios de otros huespedes.

ホテルは駅から歩いて10分程度の距離に位置しており、また周辺にはスーパーマーケットやレストランが多数あるため、ロケーションは問題なし。 しかし衛生面にやや問題あり。部屋には多数の蚊がおり、また空調機に埃が溜まっていた。またクーラーが動作せず部屋が非常に暑かった。

Good value for money and excellent location

Lorenzo is a great host, he tries to give us all the support we need. He has 5 rooms with bathroons inside and one extra room with exclusive bathroom, but outside the room. I stayed 3 days in room #2 and 6 days in the extra room. Room #2 is very simple but convenient if you, like me, intend to stay the minimum possible in the hotel. The window is small though, and it feels not well iluminated. The extra room is big, with 2 floors like in a studio, the window is ample and it is well iluminated. The outside bathroom is big and also very well iluminated, very good bathroom. Despite this room not having an internal bathroom I think it is a better deal as both the room and the bathroom are bigger and more comfortable. The rooms are in the 4th floor, no elevator. This can be inconvenient when you arrive tired, but I didn't feel it as an important inconvenient. There is a supermarket on block away, coffee shop 10 meters away, bike shop (with rental) right in front, several restaurants in the same block and it is close from the main points of Florence. I think Residenza le Rondini is a very good value for money and would definetely recomend it.

Close to everything

Laurance was the perfect host.he was there to welcome us and helped us with some transport bookings.we were close to the train station ,restaurants and markets. Croissant and Coffee was included in the price at a nearby cafe. The only down side was the level 3 location ,it nearly killed us to get the suit cases up and down

Quiet, convenient, nice proprietor

Room was spartan, but clean and bed was comfortable. It's conveniently located, close to the Mercado and central train station. Only negative is that there is no elevator, and there are about 90 steps to climb up to the fourth floor - no exaggeration. If you can't carry your luggage up, I would not recommend this hotel. We loved Lorenzo, the proprietor.

Great apartment in good location

The apartment is great and Lorenzo is brilliant - would suggest phoning ahead to ensure he is there to meet you as this is an apartment, and doesn't have a check-in desk! Take his steer on restaurants and areas to eat/drink - he has great taste!

No es un hotel

Llegamos pensando en encontrarnos con un hotel, pero como es una residencial, nos encontramos con una puerta cerrada y un "post it" del dueño diciendo que lo llamemos para pasarnos las llaves. Cuando nos llevó a nuestra pieza quedamos inmediatamente decepcionados. Es un edificio super antiguo y oscuro. La aislación es pésima así que nos despertamos a las 5 de la mañana con los camiones que van al mercado y los recogedores de basura. También se escuchaba todo desde la pieza de al lado. El colchón tenía los resortes asomados y la cama crujía completa. Es un lugar que tiene la ventaja de estar super central, aunque en la noche da miedo al caminar por las calles que llevan a él. No lo recomiendo si uno busca un lugar agradable durante las vacaciones. Es preferible pagar un poquito más y al menos poder dormir bien y sentirse cómodo y seguro.

Outstanding customer service!!!

Upon arriving to Florence we became lost trying to find the hotel because of a malfunctioning gps system. When we called the hotel to let them know we were coming but lost the manager (Lorenzo) actually drove to where we were and had us follow him back to the hotel! Lorenzo continued to be helpful and friendly during our stay. He even supplied a bottle opener and cups so we could enjoy wine on the balcony! He also suggested places to park and great places to eat. We were more than satisfied with this hotel!***two quick notes...there is no elevator and it is on the 4th floor and the bed was extremely soft-however neither of these would deter me from staying again!

Overall good experience

As advertised, this is a very basic hotel. However, I wasn't aware that there is no lift to third floor. So if you have heavy bags you might want to keep looking. Location was convenient and the room was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a good experience

Lots of stairs

Lorenzo did come down to help w/ the luggage, but it was a long climb up to third floor. Room small, nothing special, but ok for the price. Lorenzo a good host & we could walk everywhere we wanted to go including train station.

Excellent petit hôtel et pas cher

Accueil très sympa par le propriétaire qui donne de précieux conseils. Chambre très propre et très confortable, surtout celle avec le petit balcon, parfait pour les petits déjeuners! Frigo à partager dans le couloir (peu de chambres dans la résidence). Supermarché à proximité et à 10 minutes à pied des premières zones touristiques. A recommander!
