The room was in a great location, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and sights. It is located up a couple flights of stairs so be aware of that. The room was spacious and clean, however, a few large roaches came up through the toilet and scared my daughter. Overall, nice stay.

Room was very clean and spacious. A few things in the room were not working (outlets, espresso machine) but otherwise our accommodations were very comfortable. Check-in was a bit confusing…we finally figured out we had to check in at the clothing store just next door, and then wait for the store employee to assist a customer before she could show us to our room. Overall great location and walkable to all the major sites. Would stay here again!

The staff was great. The room was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The room was clean and comfortable. You could walk to everything from this location. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Florence.

Big loft with a lot of space with small kitchen and comfy bed with all the amenities. Close to great shopping and dining and train station. Steep stairs to loft and initially confusing by checking in at clothing store.

5 nights. Very modern and good size. Good AC. One block from the river. Very comfortable bed and good towels. Very dark for sleeping. Good wifi. Very secure entry.

Location is unbeatable. Only a few minutes walking from train station. Room and bathroom are super clean, newly renovated with elegant decoration. Bed is king size, with super comfortable mattress and blanket. We arrived earlier than check in time, we were able to keep our luggage in their store which is in the same building. Staffs are very friendly. We are very happy with our stay. Definitely will stay here again for our next trip in Florence.

Excellent location especially for the price. Never more than 15 minutes from an attraction around the area. Large,great for a couple. Was very accommodating considering we came after check in time. Made the stay very easy

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and comfortable! It is very close to all sights we visited during our stay. We were always a 5-15 minute walk from any dining options we wanted to try or tourist stops. We were able to walk from the train station. Would love to stay here again next time we visit Florence.

It was a great location and very walkable to the sights, train station and restaurants. Raoul and the other staff were very nice and responsive to our needs. The only thing is there is only one small window in the room but you're likely only in the room to sleep. So it's all good. 😊

The room was clean, quiet, and in a great location within walking distance of major sites. However, we experienced two “bumps” that knocked the rating down. We found Provenzale Casa easily. But it was not clear how to check in. We had received an email stating that check in was at Provenzale, which we assumed was the location of the room. It turned out that Provenzale is a clothing store next door to Provenzale Casa. This wasn’t clearly stated and led to a delay in checking in. The second problem was more distressing. We had an early flight out of the Florence airport. We had been told to leave the keys in the room. After removing our belongings from the room and placing them in the hallway near the top of the stairs, we discovered that the door to the stairway had been locked. Our keys were locked in our room, and we had no way to unlock the door. We were trapped in the hallway fifteen minutes before our taxi was due to arrive. We called Raoul (the emergency contact) but received a message that he wasn’t available. A sign on the door informed guests not to lock the door. On any other day, the locked door would not have been a problem. But with our keys locked in our room, it was a major problem. We finally managed to wake the other guest (who we assume locked the door), and he unlocked the door. Despite this last minute problem, we enjoyed our stay at Provenzale Casa, and we would stay there again.
