We stayed here August 13-16. This unit is a short distance away from the train station which we walked pulling our suitcases and was no problem. The unit is on the 4th floor. There were 4 of us, 2 couples each with a 50 lb suitcase. So needless to say, this was an initial disappointment for our husbands that had to pull up the bags one step at a time. The apartment is close to everything and we took uber rides which are very prompt and inexpensive. The front bedroom and bathroom are spacier than the one in the back and were no issue. The bedroom / bathroom in the rear are smaller and lack space to put your things especially in the bathroom. The unit is nicely decorated and clean overall. We didn’t use the terrace. There is nothing to see and was too hot to go up there. For the light travelers this unit might be perfect but if you have large suitcases or too much stuff, I recommend looking for another unit with an elevator.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Florence apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully updated, with all the modern touches you could want. The highlight was definitely the amazing terrace with breathtaking views of the city. The location couldn't be better: in a lovely, safe neighborhood just a short walk from major attractions, train station, restaurants, and shops. Our host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend for a family visiting Florence!

Excellent location, great host.

This property was exactly as described, with a very helpful host. Both rooms were set and clean. We visited during summer and A/C worked very well. We appreciated the coffee at the start of our visit. Only cons are several steep flights of stairs and the deck, which is too hot in the summer and you're only looking at roof tops.

Like Being At Home-

This property was the best property in our entire stay in Italy.The owner was beyond friendly, accomodating and easy to work with throughout the process.The property has an amazing rooftop terrace that gave us a total view of the city and architecture.This is a must stay location!

Great week in Florence

We stayed a week in Florence with some friends and had an amazing time, even despite the rain. We spent many evenings on the roof top terrace relaxing with wine and talking about everything we saw during the day. The apartment was close to everything, we always joked it was about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was well appointed and Emiliano was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Panoramic View

Located less than 1 mile from the Santa Maria Novella train station, this property had everything going for it. Close to delicious coffee and pastry bars as well as delectable trattorias & restaurants. Bonus was the roof top patio with a great panoramic view that we enjoyed both at breakfast and in the evenings with wine and cheese. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with and always had the answer to any of our questions. We hope to return to Florence to enjoy this beautiful VRBO and the wonderful local food again!

Exceptional!!!

This apartment was perfect! We highly recommend this apartment. The location was centrally located (very close to a great wine shop, restaurants and bakery). We were able to walk Florence all day but come back throughout the day if we chose to do so. It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!! and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Of course, the rooftop terrace with the amazing view of the Duomo put the entire experience over the top! Emiliano was extremely accommodating and checked on us throughout the stay and responded to any questions we had very fast! I would absolutely stay here on my next visit to Florence. Enjoy!

Perfect rental for multi-day stay in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our family's visit to Florence. It was clean, updated, and had everything we could have asked for to serve as our base for exploring the region. The washer was especially helpful since we were in the middle of a multi-country European trip. The rooftop patio was amazing, and I'm sure is even better in the spring/fall. All the major sights, buses, and trains in Florence were within walking distance, and it was always enjoyable to come back to the apartment for a mid-day rest. Emiliano and his assistant were great communicators, and I would definitely rent again the next time we're in Florence.

Perfect stay

Great location. Less than ten minutes walk from the train stop coming from the airport. In 5 minutes you get to the area with all major tourist attractions. There is a convenience store a minute away. Restaurant 13 is a few feet away, make a reservation there. There is a/c in every room, hot water in the showers, and a rooftop patio for relaxing. The host is amazing and great with communication.

Wonderful location

This property is close to the train station and within walking distance to everything. The apartment was great for two couples and the terrace was lovely in the evening. The hosts respond quickly to messages and have a list of restaurants to eat at in the area that are nearby and have good food.

Just book it!

The BEST vrbo we’ve ever stayed in! This beautiful apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Florence’s attractions, and it looks nicer in person than the photos show. Spacious, filled with light, and stocked well with all amenities. Our beds were very comfortable and the terrace was a perfect start and end to our days. Emiliano was so helpful and made sure we knew how to work everything in the apartment. His restaurant and bakery suggestions were spot on! We would love to stay here again in the future!

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY IN FLORENCE

Emiliano was an amazing host. He met us at the front door and helped with the luggage. We were provided the most complete and detailed tour of a property we have ever had. Emiliano provided some water and Coca-Cola in the fridge. Emiliano is a contractor who renovates properties in Florence. He has done over 3 dozen properties. His attention to detail was fabulous. Every room was a masterpiece. The roof deck gave great views of Florence and the surrounding hills. The location is about a 3-minute walk to a market and about 5 minutes to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. One thing to know and understand about this property is the fact that there are about 40 steps from the street to the entrance to the unit. If someone has mobility issues I would not recommend this unit. It did not affect our party, but it could be a problem for some people. Our family HIGHLY recommends this property. We plan to stay here on our return trip.

Gorgeous Property close to major attractions

Emiliano was an amazing host and this property was very clean and comfortable and has an amazing rooftop terrace. We were able to walk from the train station when we arrived and it was very close to the city center, central market, etc. We had a great time in Florence and loved staying here.

Great apartment in Florence

This is a fabulous property within walking distance of the train station and many of the attractions in Florence. Everything is updated and modern. The bedding and linens are comfortable and luxurious. The rooftop patio is an added bonus. Emiliano is a great host. He met us at the apartment and gave us a ton of information about the apartment and the attractions nearby. The restaurant that he recommended was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence.

Perfect! Best place in Florence to Stay.

The owner has created a magnificent apartment that has been updated with the best amenities available including appliances, windows and bathrooms. It is supper clean, has a rooftop terrace and is ideally located in Florence to walk to all the special places this city offers.

Great stay

What a great place. The flat is a perfect location and is so nice inside perfect for a traveling group. The roof top patio has an amazing view. If we are lucky enough to go back we would for sure stay again!!

Fun in Florence

Perfect location and very nice unit. It could us some extra inventory of blankets, towels, and pillows and also new pillows- all towels, blankets and pillows were very sparse in number and mediocre in quality. Otherwise, the unit is very comfortable and in a great location. The owner was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

The apartment fit my family of four perfectly. The location is central to a number of must see sites, the train station and tour pick up spots. It’s clean with modern appliances and most important it has air conditioning for the hot summer nights.

5 star apartment in Florence

Our family stayed in Florence for 5 days in this wonderful apartment. It was clean, modern, comfortable and so convenient to the sites, shopping and restaurants. The patio offered absolutely amazing views, with a few olive trees in terracotta planters, adding another touch of the Italian charm. Enjoyed the view of the Duomo and other bell towers straight from the patio. The host was wonderful and responsive. Thank you for the Italian hospitality and making our trip special. Grazie mille!
