Great location: you can walk to everything. Older hotel, but still a great deal for the money and location.The staff was friendly and helpful. They contacted me ahead of time to confirm my arrival. Housekeeping was excellent. I definitely recommend.

Amazing location. 2 minute walk to bus and tram stations and Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Staff was great room was cute with view of streets below. They provide a map and you are able to book tours with front desk. Parts of hotel are still under renovation but nonetheless, great place to stay for the money.

So easy. The location is great. Rooms are simple but comfortable. They held our bags after check-out so we could continue to explore without luggage. Everything you need to enjoy the city with ease.

Great location. Room was decent value for the rate. Clean. Some interesting design decisions - including the placement of a bidet in the very limited space between the toilet and the sink...precluding the ability to stand in front of either. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very standard, inexpensive hotel / guest house. Good location. Needs renovation, some areas are old. No kettle provided, bathroom size is big, but the shower cabinet is so small that you can't really move around.

Air conditioning did not work and could not change room till the next day. They did supply us with a fan and an esquimo, which throws out cold air. Shower was so small that husband had to remove door. Everything else was good.

The room was really cute and the location was fantastic! The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were a few cosmetic blemishes on the walls, but there was nothing alarming or preventing our wonderful stay.

The room smelled of mould and showed several signs of moisture damage and poor maintenance. In the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the towel radiator was damp and leaking water, and there was visible mould in the rooms.

Grossest hotel Ive ever stayed in.. room stunk like cigarettes, bathroom smelled like sewer gas, wall paper peeling off the walls, mold in the bathroom, our door lock didnt work! Mattress had black spots on it and made a loud squeaking noise every time we moved. Service at front desk was very nice but based on the disgusting room alone, I would not recommend.
