Would be helpful if there was a luggage rack in the room and towel racks and hooks in the bathroom. Gave a rating of "good" because the coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken and the fan in the bathroom was loud, as if a helicopter was about to land. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away. The hallway smelled bad as well, which made it clear this wasn’t just a one-off room issue. The bathroom was in very poor condition — cracked and broken tile, darkened grout, and visible mold/mildew around the tile and fixtures. It felt unsanitary and clearly the result of long-term neglect, not a simple cleaning issue. The room overall felt dated, poorly maintained, and damp, especially around the bathroom area. This is not what I expect from a Best Western, even at a lower price point. We documented the issues, but the condition alone was enough to make us uncomfortable staying here. I would not recommend this location unless serious maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed.
