Very clean room with AC unit, close to train/tram station. Entrance looks like regular apartment so easy to miss. The guy(Fabio?) who helped me check in was super nice and attentive what we need for our stay. We very welcomed here. I would definitely stay again for my next trip to Florence!

We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was comfortable and we had no complaints about the room at all. Initially when we booked I was worried about location given the close proximity to the train station, however we never felt unsafe at all. The close proximity to the train station was actually a plus especially when having our luggage or for day trips outside Florence and the walking distance to Florence centre was very doable as well. 10/10 for location and accommodation. The breakfast served in the morning was wonderful and offered way more food than we could ever eat. The only thing I didn’t care for is that the staff insisted on wheeling the breakfast cart into the room. This I found to be a bit of an uncomfortable situation given my husband typically wouldn’t get out of bed until breakfast arrived. We stayed at a different B&B prior to coming to this one and they would leave the breakfast cart nicely covered outside our door and would leave a gentle knock on the door followed by a text message that our breakfast arrived. This was more to our liking. Also note that front desk staff is not on-site most of the time, at least not during our 4 night stay. We only saw someone there one morning otherwise it was only who we believe to be the breakfast staff. This wasn’t a huge issue for us as we were self-sufficient; but something to consider for those needing more immediate assistance, Overall we had a good experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Best B&B in Florence

Perhaps the best place to stay in Florence. Service is superb, the owners went above and beyond, and are very friendly. Location top-notch, felt safe, really lots of dining options, shops and transportation options. One of the best travel accommodation experience.

Very large breakfast each day, every day a little different. The Staff are all very welcoming, happy to help. It's a very walkable city, easy to get to many places of interest.

The husband and wife were exceptional hosts. The rooms are just like the photos, very pretty, ours has a beautiful fresco on the ceiling, just amazing! The rooms were also very quiet. I would recommend to my friends going to Florence.

The hotel staff was very good at communicating a making sure you have everything you need. They gave us food recommendations for dinner which was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and more than I could have asked for. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. I would love to come back here and stay. They surpassed what I thought I was getting and overall an amazing sta.
