Apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed, kitchen and two bathrooms. It is on the 4th and last floor of a residential building, located in a popular and typical florentine area just a few hundred meters away from the historical center. Shops, street markets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias are located near the apartment. The building is in a street with very low car traffic, just in front of the railway. A terrace of 30m² and a balcony surround living room, two bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. In the terrace there is a table for 8 persons.

The kitchen is complete with cookware and tableware. One bathroom is complete with tub, the other with shower. All the rooms are luminous. There is place to sleep for 8 people. Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms. Independent heating. Parking in the basement is available just for one small or medium size car.

The price depends on the number of guests and on the season, starting from 25 € / night per person with a minimum of 3 or 4 guests in the low season periods (20 € / day for each additional guests).
Minimum stay is two nights in low season and 4 nights in high season.
Additional costs: tourist tax 2,5 € / person / day (3,0 € from January 2018) excluding guests under 12 years.
