De plus j’avais pris la grande chambre (65 m2, et on m’a envoyé un sms pour me dire qu’il y avait un doublon donc j’étais censé avoir un chambre équivalente … résultat 25 m2 et pas de TV"

"Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least. "Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was very nice and served in a beautiful dining room. Unfortunately, a wedding was taking place the day we checked in. The wedding festivities continued (loud music, louder singing and screaming) until 4 am!!!! Tried to contact staff from 1 am but no one was available. I understand the wedding guests were happily celebrating but a cutoff time (such as midnight) should have been a part of the wedding venue agreement. The following day when I spoke to reception about the noise and our lack of sleep, I was told they could not prohibit the wedding guests from partying all night long! We were a party of 6 adults, staying in 3 rooms. We were very disappointed with our stay and the lack of involvement by the hotel staff. We will not be recommending this hotel or returning."
