The villa itself is equipped with all modern comforts and is in a quiet area. The shaded terrace is located right next to the living room, so constitutes a real living room. The terrace in front of the living room overlooks the swimming pool, which can be heated for a supplement of €150 per stay, to be requested at least 1 week before the date of arrival. It is 40 minutes from the coast and 50 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon. It rises on a rocky outcrop and was built around the church of Saint-Laurent, made famous by its bell tower. Flayosc is the gateway to the Haut-Var. The village lies on the road to the famous Lac de Sainte-Croix, halfway between the sea and the Gorges du Verdon.
