Our stay here was absolutely horrible and our trip to New York was ruined because this horrible stay at Hyatt House. From our arrival on Sunday we were put in a room that was completely unclean ( urine & feces on the toilet and walls, pubic hair over the sink and throughout the room, food splatter and other matter on the walls and doors, bathroom sink backing up). We were moved twice. The final room we stayed in had the same problems as the first room and then some.
The final room also had issues with the toilet not working properly. The Chief Engineer, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Operations Manager were all informed of this and tge rest of the issues. Well, nothing was done and the toilet backed up and flooded the second bedroom suite. We had to stay in this room being exposed to toxic toilet water and mildew from the wet carpet. In addition, the water was shut off for 2 days denying us access to running water. I requested a full refund based on the fact that our rights to reasonable safety and comfort during our stay was taken away from us. I am still requesting a full refund from Expedia/Hyatt House. I will be filing a formal complaint with the New York State Attorney and FTC Consumer Protection Bureau.
