"Good points: - the location was great, short walk from the port and right on the front - steps away from the bus station - short walk into the centre of town - the receptionist was a mine of information - the room was clean and comfy Bad points: - the marble coating on our sink was flaking off which wasn’t ideal - the shower in our friend’s room wasn’t great However, given the price we paid, I thought it was good value for money!"

"We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ...

"Don’t stay there!!! Make sure to check out all the bad reviews before you book. My experience was quite unpleasant due to the manager's odd and impolite behavior. If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much."
