"No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid"

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and excellent sauna. Expedia has the Visa symbol which implies a payment method, however the hotel does not accept Visa is any credit cards, only cash or EC card."

Lovely place to stay for a week of skiing
"Lovely, cosy apartment with a warm homely feel. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Great location, easily walkable to Fuschen restaurants and the train station, which gave easy access to Oberstdorf etc. We had a lovely time and will happily return."
