"We loved it here! I stayed with my friend while I did the Iron Man in Frankfort- awesome location and a great little inn for dinner right across the street! Property was quiet and clean and beautiful location"

"Cute farmhouse! We loved the place! Below are a couple friendly recommendations to consider adding to the house.1. A microwave is a must have.2. Screen for the front porch doors since the windows cannot be opened."

"Great location on the river at the end of a quiet private lane! 5min walk to Doc's bar/restaurant. 5min drive from Orchard Market. 15-20min drive to Manistee, Ludington, Lake Michigan Host was very communicative when needed. The large fenced yard was AWESOME for our dogs. Bnb accommodations were A. Thank you! We will be back!"

"We arrived at this location and found an infestation of Spider Webs on both porches we walk up to. I had to knock down 2 large webs to get into apartment .Once inside, had to walk up a long flight of stairs and enter apartment that was extremely hot with no air conditioning on. The one bed was full of dead bugs that died from the heat. We walked out and left within 5 minutes and did. We had to go to a local hotel and Pay 275 for a good night sleep"

"Throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy. Will stay again. Close to the Tippy Dam recreation area. Only down fall was no washer/dryer"

"Host was great and very responsive."
